MARKUS Technology is a Czech technology company with a tradition dating back to 1995, when it was established as MARKUS Trading, building on the company Markus founded in 1993. From the very beginning, we have specialized in commercial, service, and development activities for the packaging glass industry. At the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries, we focused on improving supply and assembly processes with an emphasis on the individual needs of our customers. This approach has led to the development of our own innovative solutions. We are open to new ideas and continuous development—working closely with our partners, we are constantly preparing new control systems, modern components, assemblies, and servo mechanisms.
The technology of MARKUS Technology is based on long-term development of specialized solutions for the packaging glass industry, with a strong emphasis on production precision, reliability, and flexibility. A key role is played by servo mechanisms, which enable precise control of motion and pressure parameters at individual stages of the manufacturing process. This allows for optimization of final product quality, reduction of scrap rates, and more effective response to specific customer requirements.
The core building blocks of this technology include the MRS module, designed for monitoring the preform pressing process, its analysis, and subsequent regulation of gob weight and blow-off. Further key components are the PPCS, CBCS, and FBCS modules equipped with EPS valves, which enable full pressure-over-time control during the pressing, pre-blow, and final blowing processes. These technologies provide glass manufacturers with the ability to finely tune the production cycle, achieve higher repeatability, and improve quality control. An open approach to innovation and continuous refinement of solutions ensure that MARKUS Technology’s systems keep pace with the evolving demands of the modern glass industry.
We provide comprehensive technical support for all our systems, including remote monitoring, professional consulting, warranty and post-warranty service. The installation process also includes thorough operator training and familiarization with the system’s functions and capabilities, which, if required, we are able to repeat after a certain period of operation and adapt to the customer’s specific experience and requirements.
